Laughter For Life

It is true that laughter is the best cure. Medicines can heal the physical pain, but laughter helps to relieve your emotional and mental distress. It melts all your anxiety, stress and makes you refresh and relaxed. Today we can find everything we need so quickly but bringing laughter into a hectic life is difficult. We put a lot of money on buying cosmetics to look beautiful instead use laughter that is not only free of cost but also enhances the natural beauty that no makeup can beat. It won’t put any extra burden, in fact, it will alleviate all your load by making life easy to live. It blows away all the hatred and sadness, fills our heart with love and joy.

Nobody likes to be in the company of a person who is sad, always blames on destiny, cursing the situation. We all want to spend time in the company where we find jolly, fun loving like minded people as we want to forget the stress and tiredness we have earned through our busy schedule. We want to feel light-hearted. Laughter is really contagious. When one person cracks a joke, it encourages others to come out of their shell and join. Humorous stories put us in a situation where we find ourselves holding our belly laughing hard and tears run down our face.

Laughter brings people together. It works like a gel to bond with family and friends. A family laugh together lives together. It helps us to make new and beautiful relationships. It shifts the gear of boredom life to charming and delightful by uplifting our mood filling instant energy in us, make us feel more lively and empowered.

Laughter introduces a different perspective where you disconnect yourself from the daily problems, melodramas and connects yourself to positive and optimistic aspects of life. Laughter connects us to ourselves. It is a proof that we are alive and young as I think age can only take over our physical body, not our heart and soul. Go for it! Let your funny bones tickle you. Laugh as much as you breathe to make life bright and harmonious!

“A smile starts on the lips, A grin spreads to the eyes, A chuckle comes from the belly; But a good laugh bursts forth from the soul, Overflows, and bubbles all around”

  1. So so true. Laughter is a huge part of our daily family life. Even in the most difficult times we find reasons to laugh together. One time, though, just after my son was born and my wife was recovering from the surgery (it was a caesarean birth) she said that it hurt to laugh. Because it hurt so much she requested that I and her mother stop laughing or being funny so that Sage would not laugh and be in pain.

There have been few more dismal and difficult times in our family’s life than those few days. We had no idea how important laughter was until that point.
