“Each morning we are born again. What we do today is what matters most.”
Neither anyone can predict the future nor can go in the past to erase their mistakes. All we have in our hands is NOW…Often I notice Either we live in the past by wondering what we could have done differently and better or we spend time worrying about the future that means we are ignoring the present. Our anxiety is about the situation which does not exist in the present context.
Carrying the baggage of yesterday won’t make today better, in fact, we are passing the same fear to our present and projecting that fear and suffering into future. We are filling our thoughts with judgment and bitterness by living them again and again, by attracting more of negativity. Our doubts and mistrust restrict us from living the best life we deserve. We lose our peace and freedom that deprive us of fruitful experience we can have in the present.
The best way to release yourself and overcome this dilemma is to stay grounded in the present. Visit your past only to accept and learn from it. Don’t make it your permanent residence. Forgive your past and make peace with it. Stop envisioning and worrying about the future as you can’t anticipate it. It is yet unborn The dread of what tomorrow may bring can make your life stagnant and screw up your decisions. Power to act stays in the present so recognize every moment… what is in front of you to respond effectively. Every moment holds infinite value. Spend your time on things that give you pleasure and allows you to explore and unleash your potential.
“Water if you don’t stir it will become clear; the mind left unaltered will find its own natural peace.”
